You can book any excursion in the online format available on the bustourma.com platform. You can register and book an excursion, in this case you will have the opportunity to leave a review and make a cancellation, or book without registration, filling in only the phone number and email address when paying.
Where can I see the booking confirmation?
All information on your order will be sent to e-mail, and will also be available in your personal account, which you will see after registering on our platform.

Do I need to print a ticket?
No, it is enough to show the QR code indicated in the email with the subject "Congratulations on your purchase from Bustourma!" , you can also download a ticket from the planner in your personal account or give your first and last name when meeting with a guide or driver.
How to pay for the excursion?
We offer full online payment on our website in your preferred currency.

How can I cancel an order?
To cancel your reservation, go to your personal account and in the card of your excursion, click the "Cancel order" button. Please indicate the reason for the cancellation.

What are the return policies?
